Stop Holding Onto Things You Don’t Need
Stop holding onto things you don’t need.
Old clothes that no longer feel like you.
Old conversations you keep replaying in your head.
Old versions of yourself you’ve already outgrown.
We keep things “just in case.”
Just in case we need them.
Just in case things go back to how they were.
Just in case we change our minds.
But most of the time… we don’t.
Instead, those things just sit there.
Taking up space.
Physically.
Mentally.
Emotionally.
Letting go isn’t always easy.
Sometimes it feels like losing something.
But more often than not…
It’s making room.
Room for something better.
Something lighter.
Something that actually fits the life you’re trying to build.
You don’t have to carry everything with you.
Pour your coffee, stay awhile.
