Maybe It’s Not Burnout
Maybe it’s not burnout.
Maybe it’s not that you’re incapable, unmotivated, or doing something wrong.
Maybe it’s that you’ve been living a life that doesn’t fully align with you.
Doing what you thought you were supposed to do.
Keeping up with what everyone else is doing.
Saying yes when you wanted to say no.
And now you’re tired.
Not just physically… but mentally.
That kind of tired that sleep doesn’t fix.
Because it’s not really about rest.
It’s about alignment.
Maybe what you need isn’t to push harder.
Maybe you don’t need a new routine or more discipline.
Maybe you need to pause long enough to ask yourself:
Is this even what I want?
Or is this just what I’ve gotten used to?
Sometimes the most productive thing you can do…
is take a step back and listen to yourself.
Pour your coffee, stay awhile.
